What Does It Mean When Someone Says: What Do I Need to Do…

To earn your trust back, or what do I need to do to show you I am a really a good person. Not always, but usually
It means: what do I need to do to get back what I lost when I betrayed you or when I hurt you?
That usually suggests that someone is not sincere—not always, but usually.
If they are sincere, they are more likely to say: I understand why you feel like you feel, but I am no longer that person anymore, and there's nothing I wish more than for you to realize I’m not. But, even if you don’t, I still love you.
Someone says something like that, they probably are really repentant.
Think about it. Trust God’s Word no matter what, because His word is truth.
Keep your eyes on the horizon.
