What Is Mercy?

A lot of people on television right now are talking about mercy.

This conversation leads us to wonder: What is mercy and what is merciful?

I would say that if you remove the truth from what you call mercy, it’s not mercy at all. Nothing is more merciful than the truth because truth is best for everyone.

So, people who say they are being merciful but they are actually removing the truth from their mercy are using mercy to get what they want.

That’s not merciful at all.

Think about it. Trust God’s Word no matter what, because His Word is truth.

 Keep your eyes on the horizon.
